Which CAD formats do you accept?＋
We accept common 3D formats such as STEP, STP, IGES and STL. PDF drawings or images can be included as supporting information.
Can I request a quote without choosing a process?＋
Yes. Tell us the part function, quantity and critical requirements. Our engineers can recommend a suitable process based on geometry, material and budget.
Can you make both plastic and metal parts?＋
Yes. CNC machining is available for common engineering plastics, aluminum alloys, stainless steel and other materials, subject to drawing review.
Do you support international projects?＋
Yes. We provide Chinese and English communication by email, phone and common online channels, and can arrange international shipping.
How are product files protected?＋
Project files are used only for quotation and production communication. If needed, contact us to arrange an NDA before sending sensitive files.
